In a big pan, heat olive oil on medium heat for 2 minutes. Place crusted lamb patties in the pan and flip after about 2 minutes. Take patties out of the pan when the crust begins to turn golden. Be careful not to burn the crust. Remove to a separate plate covered in paper towels.
